Your data is used solely to process food orders, dispatch delivery partners to your Kanpur address, send order status updates (Placed, Out for Delivery, Delivered), and manage referral rewards.
We use Google Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore security rules to protect your personal data. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party advertisers or telemarketers.
You can view, edit, or delete your saved delivery addresses anytime in Profile. You can also permanently delete your account and personal data using the "Delete Account" feature in Profile.
The protected pseudonymous identifier derived from your verified mobile number may be retained for up to 365 days from your promotional reward registration solely to prevent repeated redemption of the same one-time promotional reward. It is not used for advertising or profiling. Account deletion removes the active account data, but this minimal anti-abuse marker may be retained for the stated retention period.
